INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING (Untracked) - $4.20:
Average shipping times on normal occasions:
- Europe: 6-12 business days
- US: 8-14 business days
- Everywhere else: 6-14 business days
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING (Tracked) - $14 to $28:
The prices range from $14 to $28 depending on your location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not calculated in our estimated delivery times.
All orders are prepared and sent from Japan within 1-4 business days of your order (Mon-Fri). Please keep in mind that there is no shipping on the Japanese National Holidays, which might differ from your country's National Holidays.
Starting November 2023, flat orders (only stickers or art prints) are sent as Letter Mail. All thicker orders (including washi tapes, note pads, etc.) are sent as Small Package Mail. This is due to the changes in the international shipping policies that make sending Letter Mail more difficult than before. We want to minimize the possibility for packages to get lost/be late, which is why we have chosen to follow the new restrictions carefully.
To keep the international shipping prices as reasonable as possible, we are offering an Untracked option (International Standard Shipping). This means that we are, unfortunately, not able to provide a tracking number for your order if you choose this shipping option. If your order with this method did not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. However, if you received damaged products or are not satisfied with the order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can surely figure out a solution together.
If you ordered the wrong product/option or used the wrong shipping information and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible via email or on Instagram DMs, and we're happy to fix it for you.
Customs & Import Taxes
Please note that we send the items from Japan and your package might be subjected to customs or import taxes when it reaches your country. Buyers are responsible for any extra costs that may apply.
