Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO JAPAN - $1.40:

Average shipping time: 1-2 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $3.80:

Average shipping times on normal occasions:

Europe: 6-12 business days

US: 8-14 business days

Everywhere else: 6-14 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not calculated in our estimated delivery times.

 

All orders are prepared and sent from Japan within 1-4 business days of your order (Mon-Fri). Please keep in mind that there is no shipping on the Japanese National Holidays, which might differ from your country's National Holidays.

To keep the international shipping prices as reasonable as possible, we are sending all items by international untracked letter mail. This means that we are, unfortunately, not able to provide a tracking number for your order. The options for tracked international mail from Japan are very limited and expensive at the moment, which is why we have chosen this option. If your order did not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@papermonogatari.com
